Facial photos uploaded or captured through ProSkinScan are processed in real time by AI models solely for the purpose of skin analysis. We take a deliberately conservative approach to image handling:

Real-time, purpose-limited processing. Facial photos are processed by AI models in real time purely to produce skin analysis results — condition detection, recommendations, and consultation output.
No post-analysis image storage. Photos are not stored on our servers after analysis ("no post-analysis image storage"). Once the analysis is complete, the image is discarded rather than retained in a database or content store.
Explicit authorization for longitudinal tracking. The only exception occurs if a customer or partner explicitly authorizes us to store facial images for longitudinal (over-time) skin tracking. Such storage only happens after clear, informed consent and is limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
